@skybon proposed himself to redo the old website http://www.linuxgames.com/xqf/ on the xqf.github.io url.

@jmallach , @lnussel, what do you think about it ?

The current website is very rusty and I think only Alex Burger has hands on it. Using xqf.github.io will allow us to contribute using standard git tools which is very nice. After that, we can just ask Alex Burger to put some redirections on the old website to the new website. 😃

I have recreated the old website using Hugo static generator. It is written in Go making it ultra-fast (takes milliseconds to regenerate). Content pages (except index) are written in AsciiDoc.

The new website is available in my repository. Feel free to

  • clone the master branch and open index.html with your browser, or
  • install Hugo and asciidoctor ruby gem, clone the source branch, type make server and navigate to localhost:1313.

Enjoy!

I assume the missing pages in sidebar (About, Change log, FAQs, etc) are a known issue?

Also, the XQF logo in the header does not load on individually news articles.
