About Us page #150

Adds an "About Us" page where people can learn more about the organizers behind WSC.

The page is reachable at writespeakcode.com/about-us. It has:
- As a separate section for photos/bios for: board members, chapter leaders, organizers, and website contributors.
Page data is managed in a data file and pulled in via a page query

Design implementation
Where are there opportunities to add testing?
Are additional volunteer information (board member titles, organizer bios) needed?
