Whilst this PR covers the development of the chatbot, and establishes the db, views and events for cancellation, the graphql query is incomplete, and the options that a user may be given (reasons for cancellation) may change. The decision to put buttons on the chatbot, instead of checkboxes or a select field is also covered in this little gist here :
