We already usually have needed details about sponsor in the sponsor post, because those are used for invoicing. Let's use that data for pre-filling sponsor agreements as well.
To achieve this, a new step was added when creating a sponsorship agreement. New step numbering allows plugging other new steps as well in future if needed.
