Testing with a local test site. Adding a Reusable block and a lock I see this:
Restrict editing has been removed. |

I know that backporting is not needed for this PR given @gziolo comment above, but just checking in. What's the status on approval and merger? I have tested and can confirm all appears to be working as intended. Tested in both the Editor and Site Editor.
