Moved naga_tails to tail genes since you can't have 2 tails at the same time thus they replace each other thus they should be in the same gene. (GDC)
Saved radials and webbings in one file. They exist there as 2 separate meshes in the same file. (GDC)

Naga tentacles renamed to tendrils (to fit the draenei name). Naga tendrils moved to the same gene as the draenei tendrils. (GDC)

Renamed the file of the extra_limbs gene. It's no longer special_genes thus can be used in ethnicties. (GDC)
Tied bs_body_tail_naga to the gene. The girl body uses bs_body_tail_naga too. Renamed the file. (GDC)
The tail is inherited with the race to prevent characters having bs_body_tail_naga with the naga tail.

this shit is a bit all over the place right now, but I'm making a new branch to get some help on the working the decals out.
Applied new decals to ethnicity.
Fixed the Portrait Editor crash.
made blendshapes for rotating the eye without the eyeball (may need to make an animation to match),and blendshape to remove ear

Moved genes to free indexes.

Moved naga_skin to complexion (since it's supposed to replace other skin variations).
Blocked nagas from having hairs, clothes in the Ruler Designer and in-game.
Fixed gene indexes and missing attributes.
Made it so other ethnicities don't have naga noses, eyes and ears by default.

Removed PS_skin_attachment and replaced it by DECALS define.
Replaced the naga tail decal by a shader using the red channel of the properties.

work i did on the model in 2021, properties, some temp files in here, i did diffuses and some texture work. lost track of what i was doing at the time
