I've had a discussion about this internally (Bamtech/Cake, not WW) - we may have to go with this... But first I'm gonna bitch and moan at amazon via internal channels - watch this space. |

Unless I'm missing something, latest KPL/KCL have been released as Apache 2.0 so this is no longer necessary. |

Updates the license from Apache 2 to the Amazon Software License. Fix for #57
