One improvement to frequencies page to ensure that only existing trips get added. With that exception, this release features major work done to make using the tool as easy as possible for the target user.
There is now a windows .exe (GTFSManager.exe), and linux/ubuntu executable (linux_GTFSManager_executable) in the top folder that a user can directly double-click to launch the program, without any installation needed.
