Editorial hygiene: No bikeshed warnings. (#239)

Editorial hygiene: Resolve all bikeshed warnings, mainly by fixing up link syntax. There should be no change in substance.

This removes WPT tests (for now), since they currently mismatch the updated spec and thus generate non-resolvable and non-actionable warnings.
