Here you can find the source code for the program, to download a runnable .exe file (this is what you need to use the program) go to releases and download the latest release there

I wont hunt you down for it, or take any substantial action against you, however i kindly ask not to remove the "Watermark" thats created when saving npcs, vendors etc. Its just to ensure this tool gets some publicity/credit, and if you used it to create the npc then i think you'd agree with me.
