Sending IR codes, which comes from Serial port in several formats like Pronto, RAW, NEC, RC5, RC6, Sony, etc., using https://github.com/z3t0/Arduino-IRremote Arduino library.

- http://www.remotecentral.com/cgi-bin/codes/
- http://irdb.tk
- Flash one of .hex files to Arduino Uno.
Or:
- Install Arduino Software.
- Install IRremote Arduino library: https://github.com/z3t0/Arduino-IRremote
- Apply patch to IRremote Arduino library, if not merged: https://github.com/z3t0/Arduino-IRremote/pull/253/files
- open .ino file and "upload" it to Arduino Uno.
- Check the source code for supported IR protocols and its parameters.
