Migrate the DEV from ins.unee-t.com to insurechat.io

The problem:

DEV and PROD are on 2 different domains.
This is not optimal but more importantly it creates an issue since the [DOMAIN] information is used by the MEFE to do some checks and security verifications.

See GH issue #34 for an example of that.

If we fix issue #34 and keep the DEV on the domain like unee-t.com this will move the issue from the PROD to the DEV environment.
