This is a latest stable release of Ubuntu Sway Remix 24.10 "Oracular Oriole". You can download ISO from the official website: https://ubuntusway.com/downloads.php

What's new:

  • Updated to Ubuntu 24.10 package base;
  • Sway is now running as a fork of ssh-agent process, which allowed to solve problems in the ssh-agent operation in various shells (bash, zsh, fish, etc);
  • Waybar now automatically restarts when its config file changes;
  • Graphical clipboard manager, based on rofi-wayland, is replaced by nwg-clipman;
  • Rofi (application launcher) is replaced by Fuzzel, which is much, MUCH more simple and lightweight;
  • Added keyboard shortcuts inhibition....shortcut :) via Mod+Ctrl_R;
  • Various improvements for window rules;
  • Various improvements in default look'n'feel;
  • Fixed some minor bugs with Weather widget and screencast option.
