The bug fixes include clarifying when the semi-major/minor axes are used versus the major/minor axes, plotting the sky annulus in make_aperture_image, improve diagnostic plots for surface brightness profile, handle NaNs in intermediate photometry data products, and fix an issue with sigma_clipping.
