Finishes NP-8
What Changed
Implemented a new design from the design team for the drag to delete feature. Ditched functionality when the sidebar is closed.
Other Notes
Should the "Drag courses here to delete" indicator when not dragging anything be visible when the degree requirement dropdowns are open? It automatically centers but when both dropdowns are open it's crammed in and not visible enough in my opinion.
