I haven't had the chance to look through the code yet, for now main notes are that it should be scrollable (helps on mobile), and you shouldn't be able to scroll so far that there's empty space. Also we need to figure out button placement but that's a later concern.

I'm not fully sure how to make the layout of this more appealing (e.g. underneath the left arrow, club cards do not align) but I have the basic carousel in place.
