Desktop readonly changes

Assorted UI changes for table layout and formatting:

• Fixed bug where read-only mode of analysis view failed w/ collections
• Reviewed all tables to right align numerical text where possible
• Added title case to table headers where appropriate
• Improved column widths for option set tables and model selection tables

In addition, we refactored how the model selection component is handled. This was originally done to fix issues with table header layout, but it also simplified knowing which options would appear when and where.
