Is this project fully open sourced ?

Hi, first of all thank you for this wonderful paper. I want to implement this in my local and was curious, is this project fully open-sourced? I see there was a recent update on this repo by the authors last week. When can we expect all the necessary files/instructions to implement be uploaded to the repo?
