Added brightness control setting: This allows for light brightness to be controled when set over the HTTP endpoint
Added inactivity settings: These settings allow for the light to enter a given state if no external data is provied for a configurable length of time
Add modes that use buzzer to web interface and HTTP API endpoint
Changing settings on the web interface no longer navigates to a page and instead happens in the background via javascript
