Changes in v4

• Changed plugin from docked to dialog. (Docked plugins are unavailable at the moment.)
• Added settings to adjust plugin dimensions.¹ (In case you're unhappy with the defaults.)
• Updated table of element codes. (E.g. staff text changed from 42 to 47.)
