Installation

Usage

1. Set up your Discord bot token in the .env file:

   DISCORD_TOKEN=your_discord_bot_token_here
   

2. Run the bot:

   python main.py

3. Invite the bot to your Discord server and start interacting!

Command Structure

Programmable-Jipp uses two types of interactions:

1. @mentions for Jippity: Interact with the core AI using natural language.

   @Jippity Make a subroutine for dog breed information
   @Jippity Schedule a daily reminder to drink water at 2 PM
   @Jippity Analyze the sentiment of tweets about AI assistants
   

2. ! commands for system operations:

   • !list_models: Display all available models
   • !model <model>: Change the currently engaged model
   • !model: Show the current model (when used without arguments)
   • !help: Display help information
   • !commands: List all available commands

Example usage:

!list_models

!help

Note: The @mentions allow for natural conversation with Jippity, enabling it to understand context from the entire message. The ! commands provide quick access to system functions and information.
