API version update?

Adds new API endpoints for managing Wi-Fi networks, checking internet connectivity, and uploading logs.
Implements functionality to manage the device's hotspot, including starting and stopping the hotspot based on user activity.
Refactors the hotspot management code into a separate file (api/hotspot.go) for better organization.
Updates the camera.ts file to fix some formatting issues and remove duplicate code.
Adds a test.sh script to automate deployment and testing on a Raspberry Pi device.
Modifies the .gitignore file to exclude go.work and go.work.sum files.

Adds several enpoints around wifi using wpa_cli and moves hotspot.go

This commit tries to get any of the latest changes that are usable on the old cameras, will need further cleaning
