Update in-extension documentation

Changes:

Add a "I don't Have a Token" button to the notification asking user for setting token.
- This button will open https://tabby.tabbyml.com/docs/quick-start/register-account/
Update overview documentaion (README.md)
Update some command titles.
Update walkthroughs.
Now only show Settings button when click on status bar item when status is ready. (Remove the shortcut button for switch to manul trigger mode)
