Minor updates.

Bug fix for "Save NP Data to HDF5 Group" option.
Change units in the calibration steps to ng/mL instead of ppb.

TOF-SPI ver2.7.4

Some minor updates. Update in the format of the "NPSignalsForML" csv output format: added filename, q_plasma, and measurement length.

TOF-SPI ver2.7.3

TOF-SPI is designed to process spICP-TOFMS data from TOFWERK icpTOF instruments.

The programs are written in LabVIEW and are released as runtime .exe files.

Download and unzip the attached installer file.

Run "setup.exe" and follow the instructions.

Test data are also provided. The full mass spectra of these icpTOF HDF5 files have been removed in order to reduce file size and make the data uploadable to github. The HDF5 files still work with TOF-SPI; however, full mass spectra can't be viewed on TofDaqRec.
