This pre-release fixes a bug in the simulated serial console (both full- and half-duplex).

Manually tested in the following configurations:

W1209-FD 3-wire simulated (TxD:PC5, RxD:PC4)
W1401 2-wire simulated (PD1)
SWIMCOM 2-wire simulated (PD1)
MINDEV 3-wire hardware UART
STM8S003J 2-wire hardware UART
