This makes ad-mqtt an easy-to-deploy addon. Everything (except RF zones) are configurable and validated from the addon pane, and it's backwards compatible with the existing code. I introduced a new entry point for the addon, and I only had to move all the source code into a subdirectory so that the home assistant addon repository feature would "just work".
