Auxiliary Tools

There is a few tools that use this package for generating their diagrams and might come handy if you want to dive deeper into automatically generating trees from your genealogy data.

• genealogytree-mkgraph is a Perl based script with support for using GEDCOM data
• generations is a Go based program transforming a simple yml database syntax into one or more trees with lots of options for limiting number of generations or data used.
• gedcom2gtr is a Python-based command-line tool to create database files for the genealogytree package from GEDCOM files
