Aha, does this Archive in here have anything to do with this issue? @SagarChandra07 |
Do not run that file! It is malware. The account has been spamming links to it all over GitHub. They use a password protected zip archive to evade the auto-check by MediaFire. I extracted it on a non-Windows machine and checked it manually. 17 positives! |
That's too bad! 😕 I deleted the reply with the malicious link, thanks for your reminder. |
For MAR04201, retain the genes ENSG00000167419, ENSG00000117592, and ENSG00000130508. For MAR04202, retain ENSG00000198099, ENSG00000196616, and ENSG00000196344, noting that ADH7 has a broader substrate range. For MAR08752, retain ENSG00000117592 and ENSG00000167419. For MAR02531, retain ENSG00000117592. For MAR09534, retain ENSG00000165591. For MAR09491, retain ENSG00000103275, which is related to protein ubiquitination. For MAR02195, MAR02197, and MAR02189, remove ENSG00000184254, but add a copy of those rxns with the change from NADPH to NAD to reflect NAD-dependent characteristics. Good example for the manuscript: |
Agree to remove ENSG00000184254 from MAR02195, MAR02197 and MAR02189. However, a copy of those rxns with NAD has already in Human-GEM.
And all GPRs of these reactions include ENSG00000184254. So, there is no need to add a new copy reactions for MAR02195, MAR02197, and MAR02189. |
