Bump decky-xrealAir to version 0.2.6

This plugin installs and configures Breezy Desktop, which provides various features for AR glasses.

This just includes some minor tweaks to Breezy, and an update to the plugin to prevent it from installing Breezy multiple times simultaneously when initially installed or loaded after a version bump.

Plugin depends on SteamDeckHomebrew/decky-loader#555 being merged. Until it and it's companion PR for the plugin template are merged, this update submission is on-hold.

@TrainDoctor this doesn't depend on that PR. Releasing as-is it will work fine, but the _uninstall function is just unused/dead code until then.
