css fixes for various screen sizes and page loading

• mostly I wanted to improve direct link sharing without layout thrashing, compare:

  • ...still not perfect, but IMHO much better 🤷
• but I endded up changing a lot of small styles all around, mostly to improve large screen experience (without breaking mobile) => see unlisted video https://youtu.be/62S366z0PI0
• feel free to push any changes as needed 🙏 (I still don't feel well enough for online calls or to review GH issues before writing code today, appologies if any inconvenience)

I added body {max-width: ...} to improve wide screen experience, so the .col-x {width: ...vw} classes didn't make sense any more so I replaced them with .fcol-x {flex: x} for now as a workaround until someone figures out how to implement the design system in a way that will work for all screen sizes
