Del 1 av ny ikon implementasjon.
Legger til workflow og scripts for å hente svg filer fra material symbols.
Splittet opp i flere PR, fordi ikon-filene må ha blitt generert og lagret før vi får testet om ffe-icons-react endringene fungerer som de skal i component-overview.
Motivasjon og kontekst
Ny ikon implementering som krever at vi har alle variantene vi trenger av ikonene som separate SVG-filer
