feature, Add support to show CTAs button on group tooltips

What does this implement/fix?

This PR adds support for the feedback received from Glen and Cynthia during OK2 session.

• Add support to show CTAs buttons on tooltips when available
• Deselect groups when clicking outside Grid chart
