Added the option to activate/deactivate multiple selected mods or even all mods in the playset at once.
Added the option to set a Playset as the active Playset in the Launcher.

Added A "Delete Playset" Button that deletes the selected Playset. That's it. Yes it will ask to confirm.

Just the basic mod manager, can create playsets, add and remove mods to/from them and reorder your mods. Also can do this way better than the Paradox launcher.
Extra: you can export/import your playsets to share your modding madness with others!

Since this is the first release, you might want to back up your launcher database. I've had no issues with that breaking even while playing around with the contents during coding, but backups are always a good thing if you don't want to lose your data.
