Version 2.0.0.3

Since I got many reports about the savegame being stuck on loading, I investigated and found out that loading a savegame that was created with the modhub version of this mod is the cause (due to the slight difference in how the productions are saved by the mod).

This update is a small change to add compatibility with the old save type (at least as far as possible).
