This reverts commit 2f118cf.
I'm not sure if this pushes to master but I hope it doesn't override anything critical? Reverting this broke it so I hope it's important.

So uh. This PR is made on the really old repo that we forgot to archive, there is, infact, a new repo. Closing this. And promptly archiving it since I forgot. |

About The Pull Request
Adds a new lavaland ruin, an abandoned survey/research station/outpost.
Why It's Good For The Game
More lava planet ruins should help offset the fairly minimal amount of unique ruins in current rotation and maybe make them a bit more worthwhile to explore entirely.
