- Reworked Backsub to be as efficient as possible.
- The RAM usage of versions below v0.4.0 is extremely high and not optimized.
- Implemented Palom's pyramid writer (https://github.com/labsyspharm/palom).
- Added --chunk-size parameter.
- Implemented delayed calculation.
