About The Pull Request
I tried to make a cute girl, and was spurned by our lack of cute dresses. Dejected, I looked to other code bases for hope, then I improved. (Side note check the wench poly alt style code, it works and doesn't seem to kill the server, but still worth looking at.)
Also there was a conversation of the joys of maebari, so we get that joy now.
Viper asked for a cloak update, so I did.

Dresses were from Vore Station's mob.dmi (Did you know they don't modular? Wild.), but the poly and alt is all me.
