About The Pull Request
Adds anime eyes as a head marking. Unfortunately, it must be done this way due to limitations with eye colour. Still neat.
Why It's Good For The Game
It was suggested in the Discord and I thought it would be neat. It looks a little cursed now that I look at it more, but people still want it.

This is a port from Virgo (VOREstation).
This was the last PR I could find on the repo that touched the anime eye code: VOREStation/VOREStation#4559

add: Added anime eyes. Due to colouring limitations, this is a head marking. This will likely not work well with eye shapes that are not the basic version.
