First release for public testing

This is the first release for public testing of the Pandamo package for Dynamo.

Generally, documentation is missing and will be looked at for the next release.

Please unzip with 7z so dlls do not get blocked and place the folder into the appropriate Dynamo package folder:

for Dynamo4Revit: C:\Users\AppData\Roaming\Dynamo\Dynamo Revit\2.0\packages
for DynamoSandbox: C:\Users\AppData\Roaming\Dynamo\Dynamo Core\2.0\package
