The main theme of v6 was a complete test-driven rewrite of the <= v5 PoC quality code.
Notable other changes are:
- support for dynamic volume provisioning
- services no longer get created as type
NodePortbut are instead expected to be pre-provisioned and just linked to by name - CI pipeline including running BATs
