Что то это какое то разводилово, мне аккаунт в телеграмме аж забанили, и помогал с настройками один человек а потом оказалось что его хакнули, и мне сливают лажу, и вот как с этим разобраться,

This app is 2 years old. It's currently not being run on any network. There's no way you could have used the app. I think you might be confusing this app with something else.

Even if you had used the app and have found problems with it, deleting the README (the instructions) isn't the way to solve the problem.
