Added Slime-san, Tumbleseed and the Japanese demo for Monster Hunter XX to game_ids.json.
Also renamed Minecraft to Minecraft - Nintendo Switch Edition, to differentiate from the upcoming Minecraft - Better Together.

This update is for those who downloaded a previous version of game_ids.json.
