I have inbult multimedia system in my car, there is no battery (lol), but each time it asks for battery optimization to be enabled, when trying to enable it, it says that "Multimedia system does not support this operation"

Does this head unit have a brand or is it some no name Chinese unit?

If the system image can be found, it might be possible to run it on the Android development emulator.

in-build BYD multimedia system, looks like based on Huawei

Since you modded the unit to let you sideload, have you tried disabling it over adb?
adb shell dumpsys deviceidle whitelist +app.revanced.android.gms

nothing have been modded, its factory unit
