Suggestion description

Android Automotive devices do not seem to allow turning off battery optimizations for MicroG.
So for those devices there is no prompt to change the settings since they cannot be changed.

This new patch has just recently been implemented in Revanced Patches v5.8.0

inotia00 just released patch 5.2.1 dev 1 which has a fix for this.
