if you want to make improvements to this, simply add commits on top of TeamForbiddenLLC/warfork-qfusion#10 by sending PR against https://github.com/TeamForbiddenLLC/warfork-qfusion/tree/bsd-community-maintained
but as stated earlier, that branch is incompatible with upstream's interests, but I bet you really want to statically link game and cgame without issues
the data subpackage has gplv2+ license for a simple reason:
modules_21.pk3
you see in plist contains precompiled game and cgame which are gplv2+ licensed for 32 bit windows, 64 bit windows, 32 bit linux, 64 bit linux and 64 bit macos (10 files in total as you can see in logs when you start this shit game), but they will not be used in this port because I disabled them by not suffixing binaries and by removing so called pure checks on libraries (fuck you official dictator, I don't care about this shit engine being vulnerable to cheats), instead ravenports-built ones will be used, however, if you don't havemodules_21.pk3
