Description👨‍💻

I have added auto-comment-on-pr-merge.yml in .github/workflows directory. This file will add the feature of auto commenting when a pr is merged.

@Rakesh9100 sir , their is a issue in this
I checked on the recent merged pr but we are not getting the autocomment feature and i looked more into it and i found this message "Resourse not accesible by integration"

Can i work on this issue please by creating a new issue
