Added Torque Calculator

Description👨‍💻

I have added torque calculator and files related to it where one can select a way to calculate the torque(torque can be generated in different ways depending on the units and parameters)
So one can choose appropriate situation and set[u and can change units as he/she wish

• Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
• New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)

How this has been tested✅

I checked all the units and methods of calculating torque with different values and checked with actual answers and they are matching
