General changes:

Apply rate limiting to various endpoints #2613 Rate limiting has been re-enabled after fixing the issues that arose last time. Again, you really should not run into any limits with normal use of the site. This is only to prevent abuse.

Bugfixes:

Floor selection is showing on embeds that don't have multiple floors #2631 Floor selection no longer sometimes shows up on embed pages for dungeons which only have 1 floor.
