Since we might want to support platforms that do not use IEEE 802.15.4 one day, I started to seperate IPv6 from 6LoWPAN.

This PR is WIP. DO NOT MERGE!

I don't know. For my part #404 is not very clean, but this PR will be outdated by #644.
I would suggest making general clean-up of the network stack as a follow-up to #644 and close both PRs.
