@somayeh-najafi I opened this almost two months ago. Besides the fact that we need to rebase this branch, do you think we should close this draft PR? If you solved this already, feel free to create your PR including your solution.

@marcomicera To have the management UI, we just need to use this image: rabbitmq:3-management in which the management plugin is enabled and we can login to console with guest user and guest password. I can push the deployment and service yaml file to UI branch. should I?
